Where are you stuck and are you ready to get moving?
The first part of that question is usually easy to answer: You’re stuck in a job you don’t like. You’re caught in a pattern of unhealthy food choices. That critical voice in your head won’t shut up. You can’t forgive whoever it is you need to forgive. Most of us have an awareness of where we’re stuck in our lives. We’ve been working on it for months, or even years!
The second part of that question will usually elicit a quick yes when I ask it of a client. They really do want to get moving. But their yes is often followed by, “But I’m stuck and I don’t know how to get unstuck.”

What to expect during Where Are You Stuck:
Sometimes we need a new way to approach an old problem. Instead of trying to eliminate the symptoms of your ‘stuckness’, let’s go right to the origin of the problem. Join me for an opportunity to let the healing energies of Reiki remove the block that’s keeping you stuck. Through a series of simple questions and answers, you’ll locate the area in your body that holds the block that is keeping you stuck. (You’ll need a notebook or journal to record your answers.) No heartfelt sharing is required. The answers are for you alone. This isn’t a process that requires a deep dive. You’ll answer the questions quickly, with the first answers that come to mind.
Once you’ve answered the questions:
You’ll participate in a guided meditation that will give Spirit the opportunity to work with you to release your block. It’s important to know that Spirit can’t take anything from you that you aren’t willing to release. And when you do release what’s keeping you stuck, you’ll need to be willing and ready to take the steps to move forward. Working with Spirit is a co-creative process!
Once the meditation is complete:
You’ll have time to process your experience from the meditation before we move into an energy circle. The synergy of the group will enhance a co-creative process between you and the Divine as the Reiki energies work within and around you to facilitate deeper healing.
The vibrations of drums, rattles and singing bowls will provide a whole-body experience that insures additional releases on a variety of levels. Native American spirits will speak to your soul, offering wisdom and guidance in a unique soul language. Chanting and toning will accompany the process; the barrage of sounds breaking up stuck energies to move them out of your energy field. Spirit may provide guidance and direction to help you get moving and stay moving once the session is complete. As you walk this path with Spirit, all things are possible if you are ready and willing to do your part.
Be sure to keep your journal handy for any notes or guidance. A blanket, water bottle and some tissues are always good to have close by so you can take care of your body’s needs as you release what no longer serves you and embrace these Divine vibrations.
If you can’t attend Where Are You Stuck:
If this session calls to you but you can’t make the live event, register anyway so you can receive the recording of the session once it’s complete. There is as much power for change and healing in the recording as there is when you attend the live event! Many people access the sessions this way so they don’t miss out on the sessions that call to their hearts. You will receive the recording within 24 hours of the completion of the live event.

Refund Policy for Where Are You Stuck:
Your registration guarantees you will receive the recording of the completed session. If you can’t attend the event for some reason, you will be able to use the recording to experience the session at a time that is best for you. Many people register even if they can’t join the live session because they have found the recorded sessions to be just as powerful. For this reason, no refunds are offered if you are unable to participate in the live event.
Important note: If you register at the last minute, it is possible you may not receive your connection info in time for the session. Please keep this in mind when registering. You will still receive the recording to use at your leisure once the session is complete. During the hour preceding the session, I’m preparing myself and my space for the session.
