What to expect during Unblock Your Subconscious Mind:
To begin with, I’ll share the roles the subconscious mind plays in your life. With more awareness, you’ll gain understanding about how powerful a role it plays in keeping you stuck or moving you forward.
I’ll also offer suggestions for continuing to access your subconscious mind on your own once you’ve completed the session. Your consistent attention and awareness after the session will provide you with the most benefit. This session, with Spirit assisting, is a great way to start!
As we gather with the same intention, we create a group synergy that will empower the guided meditation and the energy circle in a more intense way than might occur if you were working alone.
During the guided meditation, you’ll ask the Divine to give you access to your subconscious mind from a new perspective. This may provide an awareness that alters the way you live your life moving forward. There is no way to know definitively how this experience will change you. However, when we work with Spirit, the changes are always in our best interest. Once the meditation is complete, you’ll have time to process your experience before we begin the Reiki circle.
As you surrender to the healing energies of Reiki, Spirit will be the instrument of change for your experience. But you are the driving force. Without your permission and willingness to release, the Divine has no power to accomplish anything. As you empower Spirit through your surrender, the vibrations of drums, rattles and singing bowls will help to break through the walls of your past resistance so you can move forward with greater ease and grace. Guidance and direction from all those in Spirit ready to assist will provide an even more powerful experience. As your subconscious mind becomes more of a tool to move you forward than a block chaining you to the past, you may find yourself guided in a direction you never expected that changes your life forever.
To enhance your experience, have a blanket, water, some tissues and a journal handy in case you want/need them.

Turn off your cell phone and make sure you will not be interrupted during the session so you can have the deepest, most personal experience possible. Do not use the recording while you are driving or doing anything else that requires your full attention.
