Healing your paternal ancestral line benefits your individual healing process.
Each time I do a group healing session, the ancestors join with us and contribute to the healing of all who are present. As I cut the energetic cords that bind us to the trauma, wounds, hardships and old ways of being that our ancestors experienced, we are freed from the ancestral energies we hold that no longer serve us. We are disentangled from old thought forms and belief systems that are making it difficult to release long held traditions that keep us stuck in outdated patterns. When we heal the past, our present-day healing journeys can progress more quickly.
What to expect during Heal Your Paternal Ancestral Line:
As this session’s meditation focuses on the paternal side of the family, the healing will carry over to whatever other energies they may connect us to – past life issues, collective trauma, soul family energies, etc. You’ll have an opportunity to invite in all those on your father’s side of the family to address issues known and unknown which may be hindering your experiences in this lifetime.
Ancestral wounds can contribute to anxiety issues, substance abuse, low self-esteem, and depression, among other things.
After the meditation:
Once you’ve completed the meditation, you’ll have time to process your experience to gain any additional insight or guidance that Spirit and your paternal ancestors wish to share with you. Have a notebook or journal close by to note any important wisdom you receive. After you finish processing, we’ll move into a group healing circle.
As we join together to co-create with the Divine, the Spiritually-guided life energies of Reiki will address your needs and those of your father’s ancestors to take your healing to the next level. Healing and release may happen in a variety of ways, including the unleashing of emotions you didn’t know you were holding. Ancestral trauma held in your DNA may be healed without any physical evidence in the moment, while months later causing positive changes in your mental and physical health and well-being.
Those in spirit may offer you wisdom and guidance to support your continued healing, as well as making your journey forward an easier one to sustain. Drums, rattles and singing bowls will contribute their vibrations to the healing process. As you surrender to the Divine, amazing shifts and changes can occur on all levels.
Keep a blanket, some water and a few tissues nearby to support you as you receive the guidance and healing you need.
If you can’t make it for the live event:
If this session calls to you but you can’t make the live event, register anyway so you can receive the recording of the session once it’s complete. There is as much power for change and healing in the recording as there is when you attend the live event! Many people access the sessions this way so they don’t miss out on the sessions that call to their hearts.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Heal Your Paternal Ancestral Line:
Your registration guarantees you will receive the recording of the completed session. If you can’t attend the event for some reason, you will be able to use the recording to experience the session at a time that is best for you. Many people register even if they can’t join the live session because they have found the recorded sessions to be just as powerful. For this reason, no refunds are offered if you are unable to participate in the live event.
Important note for last minute registrations: If you register at the last minute, it is possible you may not receive your connection info in time for the session. Please keep this in mind when registering. You will still receive the recording to use at your leisure once the session is complete. During the hour preceding the session, I’m preparing myself and my space for the session. I’m unavailable to respond to emails and texts during this time, as well as once the session begins. Please register early if at all possible, to ensure your ability to join the session.
