Our lives are a journey of decisions and choices. We make each one hoping that it’s the ‘right’ thing to do. Many times the outcome of our choice is exactly what we expect it to be. But sometimes the outcome is something different, something unexpected. Sometimes that unexpected outcome makes our lives more challenging, more difficult. When that happens, we label the choice a mistake and often berate ourselves for making it. That critical voice in our minds tells us we are dumb, stupid, careless and more. We feel less than, unworthy, and not good enough. And those negative thoughts, and the emotions that go with them, can impact our ability to move forward in a positive way.
It’s time to let go of that critical voice and adopt a different perspective. It’s time you choose to give yourself grace instead of a beat down. If making that shift on your own is a challenge, let Spirit help you.
What to expect during Give Yourself Grace:
That critical voice in our heads often comes from messages we received as children. Our parents and grandparents, teachers and other authority figures were doing their best to encourage us and help us be our best selves as we were growing up. But often their way of doing so, the words they chose and their tone of voice, left something to be desired. In a guided meditation, you’ll co-create with Spirit to heal the wounds you’re carrying from those childhood experiences. As Spirit helps you release the lower vibration energies, you’ll be filled up with with the highest vibrations your body can accommodate. As you release those lower vibrations and move to a higher energy level, you’ll find it easier to give yourself grace instead of that beat down.
Once the meditation is complete and you’ve had time to process, we’ll move into a group energy circle. Fueled by the healing vibrations of Reiki, your ability to give yourself grace will be strengthened on all levels. Drums, rattles and singing bowls will enhance the healing process. You may feel it in your bones as the vibrations and the sounds impact your entire being. As your guides and angels offer their words of wisdom and direction, Spirit may speak to your soul providing guidance only your soul will comprehend. When we co-create with Spirit, the shifts and changes are guided by that all-knowing power that wants only the best for us.
If you can’t make it for the live event:
If this session calls to you but you can’t make the live event, register anyway so you can receive the recording of the session once it’s complete. There is as much power for change and healing in the recording as there is when you attend the live event! Many people access the sessions this way so they don’t miss out on the sessions that call to their hearts.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Your registration guarantees you will receive the recording of the completed session. If you can’t attend the event for some reason, you will be able to use the recording to experience the session at a time that is best for you. Many people register even if they can’t join the live session because they have found the recorded sessions to be just as powerful. For this reason, no refunds are offered if you are unable to participate in the live event.
Important note for last minute registrations: If you register at the last minute, it is possible you may not receive your connection info in time for the session. Please keep this in mind when registering. You will still receive the recording to use at your leisure once the session is complete. During the hour preceding the session, I’m preparing myself and my space for the session. I’m unavailable to respond to emails and texts during this time, as well as once the session begins. Please register early if at all possible, to ensure your ability to join the session.
