What to expect:
During a guided meditation you will experience the power of Holy Love as the Creator evaluates where you are on your current life’s path. Once the evaluation is complete, you will receive the type of energy and experience appropriate for healing and/or to take you to the next level of development on your spiritual path. Your experience will be unique for your own growth and expansion.
Once the meditation is complete, you will have time to process before we move into a unique energy circle designed to deepen your meditative experience. Your notes from your processing time may be valuable in helping you formulate an intention for this powerful Reiki session. (Be sure to have a notebook or journal close at hand.)
The healing energies of Reiki will be enhanced with the vibrations of drums, rattles and singing bowls, which may facilitate a whole-body experience unlike any you’ve had before. You may receive guidance and wisdom from your spirit guides, or experience a direct communication from the Divine. Native American spirits may speak to you on a soul level or you may enter a level of consciousness so deep you may be unaware of the details of your experience. Whatever you experience, trust that it will be tailored specifically for your own personal needs.
Before you begin the session, you might want to prepare your space so it feels safe and comfortable. Turn off your cell phone and make sure you will not be interrupted during the session so you can have the deepest, most personal experience possible. Have a blanket and some water and perhaps a few tissues nearby.
