What to expect during Emptied Out and Filled Up:
We’ll begin the session with a guided meditation. You’ll surrender to the wisdom of the Divine as the highest of high vibrations flow through you to cleanse you of the old energies. Once cleansed, Spirit will fill the empty spaces with Divine energies that will assist you in living more fully in the present and empowering your ability to plan for your best year yet!
After the meditation:
After time for processing, we’ll co-create a healing session. As you welcome in the healing energies of Reiki, the vibrations of drums, rattles and singing bowls will work on all levels to take the healing that occurred during the meditation to an even deeper level. Ask your guides and angels to join you to provide additional guidance and wisdom. Allow Spirit to speak to your soul in a language only your soul understands. As you relax into the energies, Spirit will work within and around you to facilitate the deepest healing you can handle to prepare you for 2025!
Keep a light blanket within reach. You might experience emotions that require a tissue or two. A bottle of water to stay hydrated is also a great idea. A journal to record any messages and guidance you receive would be helpful also.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Emptied Out and Filled Up
Your registration guarantees you will receive the recording of the completed session. If you can’t attend the event for some reason, you will be able to use the recording to experience the session at a time that is best for you. Many people register even if they can’t join the live session because they have found the recorded sessions to be just as powerful. For this reason, no refunds are offered if you are unable to participate in the live event.
Read this important note for last minute registrations. If you register at the last minute, it is possible you may not receive your connection info in time for the session. Please keep this in mind when registering. You will still receive the recording to use at your leisure once the session is complete. During the hour preceding the session, I’m preparing myself and my space for the session. I’m unavailable to respond to emails and texts during this time, as well as once the session begins. Please register early if at all possible, to ensure your ability to join the session.
