Whether you know what next step you want to take, or just feel a calling to do more without any idea of what that means, this session is for you!
Once you set an intention, with a sincere intention to follow through, you give Spirit permission to assist you in undertaking that new venture.
Although we often have an idea of where we’d like to end up, we can easily get stuck because we don’t know where to begin. This evening’s session is designed to help clear out the clutter, extinguish the negative self-talk, and heal any inner barriers that are keeping you from setting out on that new path.
What to expect during Empower Your Next Step:
We’ll begin with a guided meditation where you will set your intention and invite Spirit to assist you. As you surrender to the spiritual energies that respond to your request, your entire being will be cleared out, filled up and prepared for your next step. Release any inclination to tell Spirit what you need! You can get in your own way by thinking you know what you need. Often the need goes deeper than we know (perhaps even from a past lifetime!) and is beyond anything we could have imagined. Your work is to set your intention, invite the Divine, step aside and allow. Can you do that?
Be sure to bring a notebook or journal along to jot down any ideas or guidance that is offered.
After the meditation:
Once the meditation is complete, you’ll have time to process your experience and receive any additional wisdom or direction that your spiritual helpers wish to provide. This is where that notebook comes in handy! Remember to have it ready.
When I’m guided to, I’ll bring us together to co-create with the Divine in a group healing session. We’ll use the synergy of the group intention to empower your individual one. As the Reiki energies begin to work within and around you, the sonorous tones of Native American chanting will provide resonant vibrations that will penetrate to the depths of your being. As you respond to these stimuli, drums and rattles may facilitate whole-body tremors to shake loose deeper barriers and blocks.
Be ready for any additional messages or guidance your spiritual assistants offer. Pay attention to images, memories, smells, tastes, or emotions that surface. Even a single word that pops into your mind may be the doorway to additional clarity and insight if you embrace it and let it lead you.

If this session calls to you but you can’t make the live event, register anyway so you can receive the recording of the session once it’s complete. There is as much power for change and healing in the recording as there is when you attend the live event! Many people access the sessions this way so they don’t miss out on the sessions that call to their hearts.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Empower Your Next Step:
Your registration guarantees you will receive the recording of the completed session. If you can’t attend the event for some reason, you will be able to use the recording to experience the session at a time that is best for you. Many people register even if they can’t join the live session because they have found the recorded sessions to be just as powerful. For this reason, no refunds are offered if you are unable to participate in the live event.
Important note for last minute registrations: If you register at the last minute, it is possible you may not receive your connection info in time for the session. Please keep this in mind when registering. You will still receive the recording to use at your leisure once the session is complete. During the hour preceding the session, I’m preparing myself and my space for the session. I’m unavailable to respond to emails and texts during this time, as well as once the session begins. Please register early if at all possible, to ensure your ability to join the session.
