Do you follow your heart, or are you stuck in your head?
So often I’ve heard, “Make a logical decision. You can’t trust your heart.” Early on in my journey, I fell for that. Make the logical, rational choice and you can’t go wrong. But logical and rational are not the cornerstones for walking a spiritual path. Trust and faith are.
I’ve learned that when I listen solely to my rational mind, I can miss the blessings, gifts and opportunities that my heart can lead me toward. I don’t exclude my logical mind from the decision-making process. I simply open myself to the information and guidance that are coming from both, and make my best choice.
Doing so led me to opening a private Reiki practice even though I loved my job as a full-time therapist. Following my heart took me on an unforgettable road trip to Alaska. It was the decision-making factor in closing my Pittsburgh practice and moving to Nashville. Had I made logical, rational decisions in any of these instances, I wouldn’t have experienced any of the the adventures and gifts these experiences offered me. Are you ready to follow your heart?
What to expect during Follow Your Heart:
If you’re ready to get out of your head and listen to your heart, join me for an evening of meditation and energy work. Release your fears and open yourself to all the guidance and information to make your best choices. I’ll share some tips to help you discern the guidance your heart is offering you. I’ll also share the ways your ego may masquerade as your logical, rational mind.
A guided meditation will provide an opportunity to enlist Spirit’s help to heal and release old messages that have you stuck in your head so you can be open to and listen to your heart. You’ll have time to process your meditative experience before we take the next step.
After the meditation:
Once your processing time is complete, the healing energies of Reiki will take your experience to a deeper level. The Reiki energies will delve into the layers of your energy field where you are still holding on to old ways of being from your ancestors or experiences from past lives. As the vibrations of drums, rattles and singing bowls help to accelerate your healing process, your spiritual helpers may offer guidance and wisdom to help keep you on the right track.

If you can’t make it for the live event:
If this session calls to you but you can’t make the live event, register anyway so you can receive the recording of the session once it’s complete. There is as much power for change and healing in the recording as there is when you attend the live event! Many people access the sessions this way so they don’t miss out on the sessions that call to their hearts.

Before you register, take a moment, sit quietly and focus on your heart. Ask God/Spirit/Creator what you should offer for this healing session. Once you receive your answer, enter it in the space below. Click “Add to Cart” to continue through the registration process. Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with files attached. These files will provide all the info you need to join the session via phone or computer. Please look for them.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Follow Your Heart:
Your registration guarantees you will receive the recording of the completed session. If you can’t attend the event for some reason, you will be able to use the recording to experience the session at a time that is best for you. Many people register even if they can’t join the live session because they have found the recorded sessions to be just as powerful. For this reason, no refunds are offered if you are unable to participate in the live event.
Important note for last minute registrations: If you register at the last minute, it is possible you may not receive your connection info in time for the session. Please keep this in mind when registering. You will still receive the recording to use at your leisure once the session is complete. During the hour preceding the session, I’m preparing myself and my space for the session. I’m unavailable to respond to emails and texts during this time, as well as once the session begins. Please register early if at all possible, to ensure your ability to join the session.
