Look into the mirror and reveal your future self!
When you think of your future, who do you imagine yourself to be? Thinking ahead 5, 10, 15, 20 years or more, what will you be doing? What place will you hold in the world?
Every choice you’ve made up to this point, and each future choice, determines where your journey will take you. Nothing is set in stone. Join me for an opportunity to envision your future.
What to expect during Look into the Mirror:
As you look into the mirror, a gateway to the future appears. Fueled by the powerful energies of Spirit, and your own intention, a guided meditation will offer you a vision of what’s to come. Once you register, begin to consider how far into the future you would like to see. Then begin to state your intention several times or more each day. “I am seeing myself (__) years into the future.” As you anchor that intention into the fabric of the Universe, you give Spirit time to prepare your experience. You are also anchoring that intention into every part of your own vibration, preparing yourself for what’s to come.
After the meditation:
You’ll have time to process after the meditation to help you transition into the energy circle. As the circle begins, you will call in your guides and angels, family and friends to support you. The healing energies of Reiki will begin to work within and around you as you set your intention and offer your gratitude for all you receive.
Drums, rattles and singing bowls will contribute to your journey through a variety of sounds and vibrations. As you relax into the process, your spiritual helpers may offer wisdom and guidance. Your soul may receive a personal message that only your soul understands. Native American spirits may tone and chant to facilitate healing and release on all levels. Your complete surrender will manifest the best outcome for this physical and spiritual journey.
Keep a notebook or journal nearby to record your insights. Come prepared to let Spirit work in the way Spirit knows best.
Before you begin the session, you might want to prepare your space so it feels safe and comfortable. Turn off your cell phone and make sure you will not be interrupted during the session so you can have the deepest, most personal experience possible. Have a blanket, water and perhaps a few tissues nearby.
If you can’t attend Look into the Mirror:
If this session calls to you but you can’t make the live event, register anyway so you can receive the recording of the session once it’s complete. There is as much power for change and healing in the recording as there is when you attend the live event! Many people access the sessions this way so they don’t miss out on the sessions that call to their hearts. You will receive the recording within 24 hours of the completion of the live event.
You may join via computer or phone, with or without video.

Refund Policy for Look into the Mirror:
Your registration guarantees you will receive the recording of the completed session. If you can’t attend the event for some reason, you will be able to use the recording to experience the session at a time that is best for you. Many people register even if they can’t join the live session because they have found the recorded sessions to be just as powerful. For this reason, no refunds are offered if you are unable to participate in the live event.
Important note:
If you register at the last minute, it is possible you may not receive your connection info in time for the session. Please keep this in mind when registering. You will still receive the recording to use at your leisure once the session is complete. During the hour preceding the session, I’m preparing myself and my space for the session. I’m unavailable to respond to emails and texts during this time, as well as once the session begins. Please register early if at all possible, to ensure your ability to join the session.
