Fear can’t exist in the high vibrations of love. But if you are tired, overwhelmed, anxious, etc., fear can creep in. Before you know it, you’re down the rabbit hole!

What to expect in Fill Your Heart with Love:
We’ll begin with a guided meditation that will give you the opportunity to switch from a ‘fight or flight’ response to ‘rest and digest.’ As your nervous system calms, you set the stage for Spirit to help you release the lower vibration energies you are carrying. Once there is space for something better, Spirit can fill your heart with love.
After the meditation:
You’ll have time to process your meditative experience before we shift into a distance healing session. As the vibrations of Reiki permeate all parts of your body and all layers of your energy field, Spirit will work with you on a personal level to provide what you most need to help you move forward in a more positive way. The vibrations of drums, rattles and singing bowls will enhance your experience, perhaps empowering a whole body experience that shakes you to the core. Your guides and angels may offer wisdom and guidance, while Native American toning and chanting add an additional layer to your healing process.

Be sure to keep your journal handy for any notes or guidance. A blanket, water bottle and some tissues are always good to have close by so you can take care of your body’s needs as you release what no longer serves you and embrace these Divine vibrations.
If you can’t attend Fill Your Heart with Love:
If this session calls to you but you can’t make the live event, register anyway so you can receive the recording of the session once it’s complete. There is as much power for change and healing in the recording as there is when you attend the live event! Many people access the sessions this way so they don’t miss out on the sessions that call to their hearts. You will receive the recording within 24 hours of the completion of the live event.

Before you register, take a moment, sit quietly and focus on your heart. Ask God/Spirit/Creator what you should offer for this healing session. Refund Policy for Fill Your Heart with Love:
Your registration guarantees you will receive the recording of the completed session. If you can’t attend the event for some reason, you will be able to use the recording to experience the session at a time that is best for you. Many people register even if they can’t join the live session because they have found the recorded sessions to be just as powerful. For this reason, no refunds are offered if you are unable to participate in the live event.
Important note:
If you register at the last minute, it is possible you may not receive your connection info in time for the session. Please keep this in mind when registering. You will still receive the recording to use at your leisure once the session is complete. During the hour preceding the session, I’m preparing myself and my space for the session. I’m unavailable to respond to emails and texts during this time, as well as once the session begins. Please register early if at all possible, to ensure your ability to join the session.
