What to expect during Raise Your Vibration with Gratitude:
A guided meditation will help you focus on those things in your life you are and can be grateful for. As it progresses, you will experience the shift in your vibration as you offer gratitude for the blessings, gifts, and opportunities in your life, some of which you may not yet be aware of. When we work with the transformative energies of Reiki, we often receive more than we expected.
After the meditation:
Once the meditation is complete, you’ll have time to process your experience in whatever way works best for you. Then we’ll move into an energy circle that will further your experience with gratitude in a way that is unique for you. Your guides and angels will accompany your journey. You and your family and ancestors will benefit from their mystical ministrations as you surrender to the Divine energies. As the vibrations of drums, rattles and singing bowls enhance your experience, Native American spirits will speak intimately to your soul. Your personal experience with the vibrations of gratitude during this session may exceed anything the scientists would lead you to expect.
Keep a notebook or journal nearby to record your insights. Come prepared to let Spirit work in the way Spirit knows best.
Before you begin the session, you might want to prepare your space so it feels safe and comfortable. Turn off your cell phone and make sure you will not be interrupted during the session so you can have the deepest, most personal experience possible. Have a blanket and some water and perhaps a few tissues nearby.
