How do you handle going with the flow?

Learning to let go and trust isn’t easy! As humans, we have a need to know, a desire to be able to see where we’ll end up, before we take the next step. But traveling an intentional spiritual path often requires us to follow the guidance we receive without having a clue as to where it might take us. And that’s often the rub that keeps us from following the guidance!

Join me for a guided meditation to help you be more open to going with the flow! Amazing insights and adventures await when you follow the Guidance you receive from Spirit and just go!

I know, because I followed the very unexpected guidance that said “You need to drive to Alaska!” when I received it in 2012. I ended up on an almost 4-month, 14,000 mile once-in-a-lifetime adventure! When I look back through the pictures from that trip, I still marvel that I  followed the ‘God-voice’ in my head. But what amazing experiences I would have missed had I said no!

The work we do during this session may allow you to finally follow the guidance you’ve been receiving about the next step on your journey. It also may make it easier to move with greater ease and grace through the tougher times in life, when the journey is more challenging than exhilarating.

After the meditation:

Once the meditation is complete, and we’ve taken time for processing, we’ll move into a powerful energy circle that will allow Spirit to work more deeply to remove your fears and increase your trust. I’ll use the drums and rattles to enhance the power of the Reiki energies. As the circle progresses, your guides and angels may offer guidance and wisdom, and God make speak to your soul in a language only your soul understands. Keep a notebook nearby to jot down any thoughts or insights that come up. Let go of your expectations and let Spirit move you in the way that you need to be moved! It’s time to go with the flow!

If this session calls to you but you can’t make the live event, register anyway so you can receive the recording of the session once it’s complete. There is as much power for change and healing in the recording as there is when you attend the live event! Before you register, take a moment, sit quietly and focus on your heart. Ask God/Spirit/Creator what you should offer for this healing session. Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Your registration guarantees you will receive the recording of the completed session. If you can’t attend the event for some reason, you will be able to use the recording to experience the session at a time that is best for you. Many people register even if they can’t join the live session because they have found the recorded sessions to be just as powerful. For this reason, no refunds are offered if you are unable to participate in the live event.

Important note for last minute registrations: If you register at the last minute, it is possible you may not receive your connection info in time for the session. Please keep this in mind when registering. You will still receive the recording to use at your leisure once the session is complete. During the hour preceding the session, I’m preparing myself and my space for the session. I’m unavailable to respond to emails and texts during this time, as well as once the session begins. Please register early if at all possible, to ensure your ability to join the session.
